Hospitality Committee Update

The Santa Barbara South Coast Chamber of Commerce’s Hospitality Committee meets monthly to discuss issues across the industry and region. The industry continues to face challenges related to homelessness and remains engaged in conversations around finding a solution. Additionally, the hospitality industry continues to struggle with the labor shortage. While staffing may be short across the industry, the committee discussed a strong Memorial Holiday Weekend in late May and an extremely strong 4th of July Holiday Weekend.
