Revenue Neutrality Agreement

The Chamber continues to support the renegotiation of the City of Goleta’s Revenue Neutrality Agreement with the County of Santa Barbara, the only agreement in the state which does not have a sunset clause, thereby impacting the City’s revenue in perpetuity.
