Chamber Welcomes Incoming Board Member Pam Tanase with Workzones
Pam Tanase is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Workzones and a Regional Developer for the Massage Envy Franchise. At Workzones, Pam is responsible for the overall operation of the company as well as the execution of business development initiatives and strategic partnerships. With Massage Envy, Pam has owned, operated and sold three locations (Camarillo, Santa Barbara and Bakersfield). She continues to oversee the franchisees within SLO, SB, Ventura, LA and Kern Counties for brand compliance, new service roll-outs, plus management training and on-going coaching. As a community-minded entrepreneur, Pam currently serves as the co-chair of the SBHRA and advocacy chair for NAWBO-SB, is a board member on the Laird Norton Family Foundation based out of Seattle WA, is the past-chair of the Central Coast Arthritis Foundation and board member and volunteer coach of the 805 Water Polo Club.
