Business leaders from across the South Coast gathered for an informative workshop offered by the Santa Barbara County Workforce Development Board, in partnership with the Santa Barbara South Coast Chamber and Santa Maria Chamber. The event focused on the process and advantages of hiring second chance candidates, with wages fully covered by the Santa Barbara County Workforce Development Board.
