CARPINTERIA BUSINESS COMMITTEE RECAP

The Carpinteria Business Committee welcomed guest speakers Scott Moitoza and Clarissa Munoz from Procore, and Kristina Calkins from The Lynda Fairly Carpinteria Arts Center at the committee meeting on Monday.

Scott provided a detailed summary of Procore’s hiring trends, subleases, and US talent breakdown, as well as insights on virtual and non-virtual employees across the US and in Carpinteria.

During Kristina Calkins’ presentation, she discussed the different arts programs offered at the Carpinteria Arts Center. She covered current events, exhibitions, and their program of work, as well as how the venue can be used by the community.
