Emerging Non-Profit of the Year – Hearts Aligned

In just three years, Hearts Aligned has become a lifeline for families with critically ill children. Founded by Vivian Solodkin in Goleta, the nonprofit has supported over 125 families through community-driven initiatives like the Hearts to Hearts Luncheon. As the 2024 Emerging Non-Profit of the Year, Hearts Aligned continues to grow and make a meaningful impact.
Volunteer of the Year – Javier Quezada

Javier Quezada is a dedicated volunteer who has shaped Goleta through his involvement with local organizations like the Goleta Lemon Festival, United Boys & Girls Club, and Rotary Club. With over 22 years in banking, Javier’s passion for his hometown and commitment to service makes him a powerful community leader and role model.
