Dee Dee Myers, Director of GO-Biz, Engages with Chamber Membership

The Chamber recently held a special South Coast Business Roundtable event with high-level Chamber members at Rincon Beach Club in Carpinteria. The group was joined by Dee Dee Myers, California’s Director of Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz), one of the most influential voices in California’s economic development. Attendees had the opportunity to engage with Director Myers and GO-Biz staff on a variety of issues from the local hospitality industry, energy, workforce development, workforce housing, and more. Following the very engaged back and forth dialogue, the Chamber is following up with GO-Biz to continue to explore partnerships related to local economic development efforts.
