Dr. Mattison, affectionately known as Dr. Lee, brings a transformative vision to her role as President and Chief Executive Officer of Pacifica Graduate Institute, a global leader in education, research, and services in depth psychology. Dr. Lee’s educational philosophy centers on prioritizing students experience and fostering a culture of transparency, inclusivity, and collaboration.
