Countywide Workforce Convening: December 2

Businesses across Santa Barbara County are encouraged to join educators and workforce leaders for a day of collaboration and strategic planning that will shape the future of our regional talent pipeline. This convening will share new countywide research and recommendations, gather employer input to ensure workforce efforts are aligned with real industry needs, and build a shared vision for accessible, effective, and employer-driven career pathways. This meeting will be held on December 2 from 9:30am-2pm at The Corque Hotel in Solvang (400 Alisal Road). Lunch will be provided. Learn more & register here.
