Leaders Attend the ABCs of a Successful Chamber
On June 15, the Tri-County Chamber Alliance hosted the ABCs of a Successful Chamber at Direct Relief in Goleta. This leadership training featured guest speaker, Dave Kilby, retired Executive Vice President of CalChamber. Select Santa Barbara South Coast Chamber board members and professional staff attended along with other members from the Tri-County Chamber Alliance. This interactive leadership training focused on providing strategies to building and retaining an effective and dynamic leadership team, keys to being a 3C Chamber, current trends in the Chamber industry, and understanding the roles and responsibilities of the leadership team.
