The Chamber stands as the premier Business Advocacy and Membership organization on the South Coast, representing a dynamic network of 700 members and safeguarding 70,000 jobs. With a dedicated professional team of 10, we are committed to fostering Economic Development, shaping Public Policy and Advocacy, enhancing Communications and Networking, and boosting Hospitality and Visitor Services. Our reach extends to over 7,000 subscribers via our insightful eNewsletters, creating over 1.6 million social media impressions through our robust community of 32,000 fans and followers. Annually, we distribute nearly 1 million maps and magazines, further amplifying our impact. Moreover, our events are a cornerstone of the community, drawing thousands of attendees each year, showcasing our commitment to driving growth and prosperity across the South Coast.

The Business Leaders Council (BLC) consists of many diverse businesses representing a wide variety of industries. BLC is comprised of top business representatives and businesses who are leaders in the business community and committed to business advocacy. Tech Champion –

The Tech Champion membership package is a premium opportunity for technology and manufacturing organizations to be at the forefront of the local tech community – TechTopia! The Chamber, known for its robust advocacy programs and commitment to economic development, offers this exclusive package to tech-focused businesses seeking to elevate their presence and influence in the region.

Hospitality & Tourism Champion –

The Chamber runs the only two Visitor Centers on the South Coast. These centers greet over 100,000 visitors annually including Cruise Ships, and pop-up Visitor Centers at key local events. The dedicated and knowledgeable staff offer recommendations and itineraries to visitors, giving priority to Hospitality members.

Workforce Housing Champion –

The Chamber has undertaken an ambitious initiative – the creation of an Employer Sponsored Housing Consortium. Members directly contribute to the development of the consortium models with the Chamber and local jurisdictions, like the County of Santa Barbara and the cities of Goleta, Santa Barbara, and Carpinteria. These models will provide incentives and concessions for developers who engage in the housing consortium.
