Chamber’s Five-Year Strategic Plan Now in Action 2/19/26

Last month at our Annual Meeting, we unveiled our bold 2026–2030 Strategic Plan, a five-year roadmap to strengthen our regional economy, expand attainable housing solutions, and enhance the South Coast experience for businesses, residents, and visitors.

Now, we’re taking that vision on the road. Our first stop was at Santa Barbara City Council where we formally introduced the plan and began conversations about regional collaboration, economic priorities, and public-private partnerships.

In the months ahead, we’ll be meeting with civic leaders, businesses, and community stakeholders to ensure business voices shape the future of the South Coast. Read more about the Strategic Plan Here.
