Celebrating the Canary Hotel, Finch & Fork Restaurant

Yesterday, the Chamber hosted a spectacular Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to commemorate the unveiling of the remarkable redesign of the Kimpton Canary Hotel and Finch & Fork Restaurant. The top-to-bottom transformation has been thoughtfully reimagined, embracing rich heritage with a renewed sense of a modern luxury hotel. 

Guests were treated to tours of the hotel’s suites, meeting rooms, and the rooftop with its 360-degree views of the mountains and Pacific Ocean. Guests also enjoyed a champagne toast, wine, and bites from Finch & Fork’s Executive Chef Nathan Lingle.
