Planning Commission Approves59-Unit Townhome Development on Hollister Avenue

The Chamber is excited to announce that City Venture’s 59-unit housing project located at 7360 Hollister Avenue was approved at Monday’s Goleta Planning Commission meeting!The project is located on a Housing Element site identified for future residential development and will help the City meet its Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA) goal of 1,837 new housing units built from 2023 to 2031. 
City Venture’s housing model also offers an important opportunity to expand attainable homeownership, which is currently limited in Goleta.
