Two Upcoming Ribbon Cutting Celebrations
Join us on July 6 for back-to-back ribbon cutting celebrations on 1st Thursday!
To kick off the day, we will start with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 3 PM to celebrate the grand opening of Slice of Light Gallery located at 9 W Figueroa Street in Santa Barbara. Immerse yourself in mesmerizing images of fine art photography and astrophotography while enjoying the company of fellow art enthusiasts. Later in the evening, join us for another ribbon cutting celebration at 5 PM for the CEC’s Environmental Hub Grand Opening hosted by the Community Environmental Council, located at 1219 State Street. As part of Downtown Santa Barbara’s 1st Thursday Art Walk, the grand opening will feature “Return of the Western Monarch Butterfly: A Photographic Exhibit and Scientific Roadmap for Protecting this Endangered Species” by resident artist Elizabeth Weber.
